The furniture from the same civilization with your Land will increase the restaurant's beauty more than others and help you earn more TIPS tokens when serving dishes to diners.

Obviously, these benefit is only for landowners, you will be diners at most if you don't own any lands.

TIPS:

You can even play the game and start earning in the absence of having your private lands.

Only 10,000 lands are in circulation, and they will be distributed via an Initial NFT Offering. In other words, this number of Lands has been fixed till now.
