Decoration Contest

Hi chefs,

Today we will bring you information about a brand new game mode in Dine Together, which is the Decoration Contest.

The condition to participate is very simple, that is, you must reach at least level 10 in the game. Also, to give yourself an extra edge, you'll need a few pieces of furniture to decorate with the theme and a few TIPs for the entry fee.

Each Contest will last for 1 week and will go through the following 3 stages:

1. Design phase:

Lasts 4 days, from Monday to Thursday every week. During this phase, the game will provide a new topic each week so you can start designing the restaurant interior according to that topic.

The furniture you own will be used to participate in the design, including both normal furniture and NFT furniture. You also don't have to worry about the quantity or duration of the furniture because we will let you use them comfortably when participating in the design. You just have to own them and you can freely design.

However, we will use the amount of furniture you use for the design to calculate the cost of participation. Specifically, it will cost you 200 TIP for each piece of furniture. This is to ensure that there is not too much furniture arrangement and fair competition for everyone. We encourage a design that is subtle and relevant to the topic.

Please note: The designs will not be related to the current layout of your restaurant, they are merely the design to participate in the Decoration Contest only.

2. Voting phase:

Lasts 3 days, from Friday to 23:00 UTC on Sunday. During this phase, you will participate in voting for the designs that the players have submitted at the design stage.

Each initial blueprint will have a starting score of 0. For each vote from a player participating in the vote, that design will receive 0.01 points. Otherwise, the design that is not selected will be deducted the corresponding number of points.

Each time you vote, two random and anonymous designs will appear and you will be the one to decide which side fits the topic better.

Every day you will have to accumulate 10 votes to receive the reward for that day of 50 energy. Once you have reached this level of 10 votes, you will not be able to participate in voting anymore for that day to limit spam votes.

What if you choose the wrong one? Don't worry because you can still vote for 2 other random designs and so on until you reach 10 votes. Then you will have to wait until the next day to continue voting.

3. Result phase:

Lasts for 1 hour, from 23:01 - 24:00 UTC every Sunday. During this time, we will calculate the results to produce a list of the top 100 players with the highest voting scores. They will be featured on the leaderboard throughout the next week. In addition, they will also receive a reward of DINE corresponding to the rank, which is sent directly to that account's metamask wallet.
